Hopefully you've already been busy recycling your energy saving lightbulbs at bulb stores in Robert Dyas, Homebase and Sainsbury's stores. But don't stop there! In the UK we throw away 939,000 tonnes of WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment) a year- that's the equivalent weight of 81 HMS Belfasts! So it's not just your light bulbs which need to be recycled to make a difference.
